As a mum of two, I experienced firsthand how isolating maternity leave can feel. During both of my leaves I found myself craving a way to stay active while still heing fully present for my little one That’s where the idea for Carry Cub Fitness was born, I wanted to create a space where mums could move their bodies, bond with their babies, and, most importantly, connect with each other-because no mum should feel alone during such a transformative time.
Carry Cub Fitness was created with one simple idea: mums shouldn’t have to choose between caring for their baby and caring for themselves. We understand how challenging it can be to return to exercise after having a baby. Time is limited, energy can be low, and many spaces just don’t feel designed for you anymore.
