Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Whether you’re easing back into movement or looking to rebuild strength, everything can be adapted to suit you.
Your baby can join from 6 weeks + (once you’re cleared to exercise) up until they’re comfortable being worn or staying nearby during the session.
Yes, all classes must be booked in advance to secure your space.
This also helps us keep classes at a comfortable size for everyone.
We recommend bringing:
* A suitable secure baby carrier
* Water for yourself
* Anything your baby might need (nappies, wipes, feeds, etc.)
And most importantly—come as you are. No pressure for everything to be perfectly organised.
That’s completely expected—and always welcome.
You’re free to stop, feed, soothe, or change your baby at any time. There’s no judgement here, and everyone in the class understands.
Yes. All sessions are low-impact and designed with postnatal bodies in mind.
We focus on rebuilding core strength, improving stability, and supporting your recovery safely. Options and modifications are always provided.
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. We will do our best to accommodate and reschedule another class if spaces are available.
Simply book your class and come along—we’ll take care of the rest.
At Carry Cub Fitness, you’re not expected to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.
Yes, but you must have medical clearance before attending.
We strongly encourage you to listen to your body and take things at your own pace. Please let us know about any specific concerns so we can support you appropriately.
Anything comfortable that you can move in easily.
Supportive trainers and a well-fitting sports bra are recommended. Layers can also be helpful as you warm up during the session. Ideally clothes which are safe for the baby.
Full workout typically last around 30 minutes.
We aim to choose venues that are accessible for mums, including space for prams where possible. Parking is also on site at our venues.

Our classes are designed to be warm, welcoming, and supportive. Many mums come on their own, and it doesn’t take long to feel part of the group.
